NFL Pick and Kick Week 14
Here is my first week of Pick and Kick for football. Hope this goes well.
Pick - Giovanni Bernard - RB - CIN ($5100 FanDuel)
Gio hasn't had a particular good year this year, but the fact that Mixon is out with a concussion and with Jeremy Hill in IR, he should be great value for running back. With the game flow certainly in his favor against a struggling Bears team that just lost to the 49ers, I suspect Gio to have a good game.
Pick - Michael Crabtree - WR - OAK ($7100 FanDuel)
Crabtree will be back from his one game suspension, and is going against a team who gave up 38 points to the Jets. KC defense as a whole has been bad the last two months and Crabtree should benefit from that. He may also benefit from Amari Cooper possibly not playing, as he is a game time decision with an ankle injury. KC will also be without suspended Marcus Peters, which is the making for a great day for OAK passing offense.
Kick - Jamaal Williams - RB - GB ($6600 FanDuel)
Jamaal had a great game last week, and should start again this week because of it. I do have a few concerns though. First is that Jones is back, and looked pretty good on the one carry he had that ended up being the game winning score. Secondly, is that Hundley is bad and CLE run defense is respectable. In the cold weather, I can see the Browns just stacking the box and forcing Hundley to throw.
Kick - Keenan Allen - WR - LAC ($8400 FanDuel)
Keenan Allen has been one of the best receivers the last month. The only reason I am fading him his week is the possibility of Josh Norman shadowing him. If that is the case, I wouldn't be surprised if Hunter Henry ended up being the pass catcher to get from this game. If Norman doesn't shadow Allen, all bets are off. So, this is more of a advisory than a true "kick".
